Delivery Service
Our standard delivery service is to ground floor only. This means items will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible ground-level entry point of your property (e.g. front door, garage, or driveway).

Access Requirements
Customers must ensure there is clear, safe, and unobstructed access for delivery, including:

- No stairs, lifts, or steep driveways
- Adequate space for large furniture items to fit through doorways, hallways, and entry points
- Pets secured and pathways clear

If delivery access is restricted or unsafe, our drivers may be unable to complete the delivery.

Additional Services
Delivery involving stairs, multiple levels, or difficult access may incur additional fees or may require prior arrangement. Please contact us before purchase if you are unsure.

Condition of Goods
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch and leave our premises in good condition.
We recommend customers inspect items upon delivery. Any concerns or damage must be reported at the time of delivery.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, absence, or incorrect information, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery Timing
We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. While we aim to meet agreed timeframes, delivery windows are approximate and may be affected by traffic or unforeseen delays.
